These terms govern your use of the Votro web app, operated as Votro (unincorporated). By creating an account, you agree to them. Contact us at fellipeutaka@gmail.com.
Votro tailors a LaTeX CV you provide to a job description you provide, using an AI model, and compiles the result to a PDF. You review and control the output before using it.
You keep ownership of the CVs, job descriptions, and other content you upload. You're responsible for what you upload.
Do not upload third-party personal data (e.g. someone else's contact details or references) or your own special-category / sensitive data (health, religion, union membership, and similar) that you do not want processed by our AI tailoring pipeline and recipients listed in our Privacy Policy.
Tailored CV content is AI-generated and may contain errors. Review it before sending it to an employer. Votro is a drafting tool — you decide what to submit.
You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; see our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
Don't use Votro to generate misleading credentials, impersonate someone else, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
You may stop using Votro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Votro is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
